- Responsible for the development and execution of all marketing campaigns for Seed
brands (Mainly Patagonia)
- Lead 360 marketing mix and communication for offline and digital touchpoints in
collaboration with Connections Manager, Media Planning, Trade Marketing in New
Business team and agencies
- Collaborate with in-house creative team and external digital & media agencies
- Responsible for establishing brand health KPIs, reporting and ensuring performance
tracks against target
- Manage and ensure optimal allocation of marketing budget, track and report actual
spend against FCST
- Drive overall NPD (New Product Development) process in regard to innovation under
Seed brand portfolio
- Develop short-term and long-term portfolio strategy for Seed initiatives as part of 1YP
and 3YP exercise.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in marketing or business administration
- 4-5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably from a multinational
FMCG company
- Skilled in MS Office
- Fluent written and verbal English proficiency
