• Work across teams to support local/regional and operational data needs
• Analyse and interpret data relating to marketing activity, to identify insights in respect of consumer behaviour and content performance
• Creation and improvements to dashboards to help inform business decisions
• Investigate local data set pipelines and quality issues
• Campaign evaluation and reporting – developing evaluation methods and support the team in developing activity evaluation reports
• A blend of data cleansing, sorting, analysis and visualisation
• Champion the adoption of data tools, models and segments effectively
• Analyse other available CRM data including NPS and interpret joint data sets
경력 및 자격요건
• Highly analytical, with excellent numerical skills
• 2 years’ experience in analytics
• Ability to understand, analyse, report on and present/visualise data in an engaging way
• Ability to spot issues and trends and make recommendations
• Passionate about resolving challenges and driving improvement
• Good communicator
• Collaborator and problem solver
• Enjoy working in a cross-functional, matrix environment with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity and interest in working with people from varied cultures and countries
• Bachelors Degree that are analytics or statistics based, e.g. Maths, Statistics, Economics, Science
