1) Payroll
• Independently manage monthly payroll, including validation of duty roster, validation of monthly/half year incentives and consolidation of overtime work and short-run incentive.
• Prepare and upload the actual data into Talentia/R004 report on a monthly basis.
• Manages employment contract and payment for part timers
• Manages contract and payment for dispatched employment
• Administration of social insurances and withholding tax report
• Administration of individual year-end income tax adjustment
• Management of Dispatched employee and Part Timer, if any
2) Store Duty Roster Monthly Closing
• Make sure the accuracy of Duty Roster including overtime and leave tracking on a monthly basis.
• Consolidates and manages all kinds of leaves status including annual leave, maternity leave and childcare leaves on a monthly basis.
3) Compensation & Benefit
• Work closely with Sr Talent Acquisition and Development for proposing offer for new joiners
• Manages benefit programs of CRC, Employee Discount, Medical check-up, Group Term insurance, etc.
• Assist in data consolidation for compensation survey
• Assist in the process of annual salary review
• Assist in the process of performance bonus goal setting and the result calculation
4) Budget and salary review
• Support Head of HR for labor cost budget/forecast and annual salary review process.
5) HR Report
• Ensure to extract and review SRS report and P003 report on a monthly basis
6) Policies and Procedure – C&B
• Works closely with Sr. Talent Requisition and Development Specialist in reviewing and developing HR manuals for establishing C&B policies.
• Provides input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices
7) Market Intelligence
• Keep an eye on any competitors’ activities

• Relevant experience of min 7 years in retail industry
• Working level of English capabilities
• Relevant degree holder
• Good knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good managerial and communication skills
