e-Commerce Strategy
• Support Digital & e-Commerce Manager to set up e-Commerce business proposal, including yearly business target and KPIs in line with Korea E-commerce trend and global perspective
• Develop campaigns and action plans for business cycle in alignment with corporate plan
E-commerce Operational Excellence
• Support and manage the e-Commerce business (budgeting, forecasting, sales, KPI tracking, SLA and SOP)
• Coordinate with internal/external partners in Ecommerce Operations/Logistics/IT/Client Services to set up e-Commerce operations and ensure operational excellence in site performance, order fulfillment and delivery
Reporting & Analysis
• Monitor the market trend, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
• Manage, track, and report KPI’s, and gather/analyze data to drive daily business and develop into actionable plans holistically, collaborating with relevant teams
• Partner with Client Care to collect actionable client feedback (VoC) and own action plan to address any issues & opportunities.
Omnichannel Projects and Enhancements
• Develop/enhance e-Commerce system for .COM with global/ regional/ local project team
• Support hands-on on business process design for localization for Commerce Cloud and relevant functionalities in other systems
• Deliver local business requirements for omni-channel projects to be shared with global/regional teams to support the identification and implementation of IT systems and tools
경력 및 자격요건
• BA/BS degree or equivalent required
• 7+ years’ experiences in e-Commerce Management
• Hands-on e-Commerce Cloud backend operations, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge in B2C logistics
• Fluent in spoken / written English
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Agile and flexible for release, launch, critical issue timings for e-Commerce operations
