Job Description
• Execute office upgrade and renovation projects from conceptual to completion and maintenance of all offices including furniture, built works, HVAC and electrical.
• Set the office project scope, time schedule and budgets, lead colleagues from other team as well as consultants to develop optimal layout
• Execute bid process to comply with related company regulations/guidelines, and discuss negotiations with preferred bidder to obtain the best pricing for office construction, corporate service contract.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Min. 1 years in Corp. Service and Facilities Management experience
• High degree of initiative in approaching projects
• Complete projects with quality, on time, within budgets and with minimal supervision
• Solve problems creatively with new ideas, new methods and /or new procedures
• Strong communication/negotiation ability
