-Annual online budget planning & monthly forecasting
-Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the brand e-commerce site to achieve online sales target
-Ensure the stable E-Commerce functionalities on the website in all the operational processes
-Support the Head of Digital in activating Korea’s online business and facilitating best performance
-Digital advertising planning and execution (Google, Naver, Kakao, Criteo, etc.)
-UI/UX improvement and visual merchandising for digital.com
-Customer care and CRM: requests overview and coordination, KPI monitoring
-Price monitoring: alignment with retail pricing as well as alignment with other main online players
-Be the key contact with Asia Digital teams and UK HQ IT regarding Digital operation
-Weekly/Monthly performance report
-Coordinate and execute ad-hoc eCommerce projects
-Lead cross functional collaboration with the internal team including merchandising, PR to ensure seamless operations and a consistent brand experience
-Collaborate with other digital teams in Asia regions to share best practice and ideas to enhance E-business opportunities (Weekly call)

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing, Fashion,
or E-Business related field of study, or equivalent work experience
-At least 4 years of digital marketing, e-commerce platform experience
-Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Strong analytical skills and coming up with new ideas and suggestions from this result
-Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives
-Godo 5-pro or Shop by Platform experiences preferred
-Google Analytics – UA or GA4 version experience necessary
-English – written, verbal and presentation skills
