• Design brand E-commerce (EC) strategies.
• Develop multi-channel e-commerce marketing strategies (e.g. Retailer.com, Pure player) with channel-specific and customized solutions.
• Optimize traffic and conversion KPIs to maximize the ROI of all e-commerce activities
• Establish a connection between online marketing initiatives and tangible business outcomes.
• Oversee the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign to ensure continuous learning and improvements in marketing tactics and spending.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and vendors to drive revenue in e-commerce channels.
• Continuously drive sales and conversions to achieve e-commerce goals through SKU assortment, bundling, and promotions.
• Manage the e-business budget to ensure optimal ROI.
• Identify new e-business opportunities and lead new door-opening projects in alignment with global and regional teams.
• Follow up on global and local e-business projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in marketplaces, multi-brand sites, or the online retail industry.
• Interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
