1. Marketing Planning & Execution
•Develop and execute local strategic plans for new product launches, regular campaigns, and special events, tailored for mass channels (e.g., Olive Young, online marketplaces).
•Lead the creation of campaign packages, including key claims & 360-degree marketing plans, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and retailers. Maintain a strong market presence for Anessa (Asia No.1 sun care brand), TISS (cleansing brand), and other priority products.
•Manage all aspects of local development & execution, including animation, digital advertising, print production, POS materials, GWP, in accordance with global brand guidelines.
•Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional activities across both online and offline channels.
•Work cross-functionally with Sales & E-commerce teams to align brand and product strategies with field sales promotions.
2. Market & Consumer Insights
•Conduct sell-in & sell-out data analysis and consumer insights research to track performance and identify growth opportunities in the mass beauty market.
•Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain brand’s competitive position in the mass cosmetics market.
•Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to develop communication and advertising strategies that align with the brand’s identity and positioning.
3. Product Forecasting & Budget Management
•Ensure accurate product forecasting and optimal stock management to prevent overstock or stock shortagesacrossretailer channels.
•Effectively allocate POSM materials across channels through active communication with Sales & Corporate E-commerce teams.
•Plan and manage the brand’s budget and expenses, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize ROI and sales growth.
•Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics, including turnover, market share, and sales trends.

1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
• Experience in global beauty companies is a plus.
• Prior experience in Mass Channels (e.g., Olive Young) and relevant beauty categories (sun care, skincare, or makeup) is preferred.
2. Skills & Competencies
• Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
