1. Paid and Owned Media Management
• Support Communication Director in Designing the strategy and annual plan based on brand media guideline, marketing plan, business objectives and brand vision
• Develop digital media plans and orchestration across paid and owned media
• Strengthen and support the marketing plan by conceiving, executing and analyzing the integrated digital plans, aligning with central and regional teams
• Elevate local digital initiatives and convince internal stakeholders including the central and regional teams to move into the next level of digital excellence
• Maintain the good relation and partnership with the media agencies and partners through close communication and regular meetings
• Analyze competitors’ activities and media trend, and share it with central and region teams
• Analyze ROI and results of integrated media, and report it to team and region & central teams on a regular basis
2. Team Management
• Give clear direction and guidelines to team members of paid and owned digital / non digital media
• Make a strong team based on trust and close communication
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 10+ years of paid media & communication related experience
• Strategic planning, execution, analysis skill
• Excellent in communication (both Korean and English)
• Good interpersonal skill and leadership
• Understanding or experience in cosmetic or luxury market is preferred
• Strong team work and entrepreneurial spirit
