- Take ownership of new product launch and on-going product management
- Communicate and align the brand related work including new product launch with regional teams and brand holders
- Set up campaign strategy & objectives for successful campaign launch by working closely with relevant teams
- Analyze sales performance and prepare a market competitor report incorporating insights on local mass consumers and distribution channels
- Plan and execute in-store marketing activities and promotional strategies in collaboration with the sales team

- More than 6 years of Product Management or related experience
- Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing
- Understanding for mass-market consumers and retail channels
- Passion for beauty and fashion, with a proactive mindset for identifying emerging trends and developing innovative concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
