1. Own the annual ‘Business-led’ long-range planning exercise, working with the channel teams to project Comp growth & new distribution plans
2. Collaborate closely with key stake holders and senior leadership to understand strategic priorities and business performance
3. Monthly Retail Planning – Demand KPIs: Traffic, Conversion, Transaction, AUR, UPT projections by store or channel
4. Reporting – Weekly demand KPI reporting ; ad hoc festival and like-for-like adjusted selling reporting
5. Translate complex data and information into clear, compelling and visually engaging presentations.
6. Develop strategic decks, executive summaries and other presentation materials for senior management meetings and key stakeholder updates.
7. Synthesize key insights and findings into actional recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence.
8. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including retail, merchandising, marketing, finance to forecast & support the business based decision making and overall financial objectives.
10. Travel domestically and internationally as required to attend meetings and conferences

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field. MBA preferred
but not required.
2. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into
concise and actional insights.
3. Proficiency in creating high-impact presentations and strategic decks using tools such
as Microsoft Power Point or similar software.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and
priorities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
engage and influence stake holders at all level of the organization (proficient English
communication capability is a must and plus)
