1. Sales & Operations Data Management
- Assist in collecting and compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports by store
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates
- Support in analyzing promotion results and seasonal performance trends
2. Retail Store Operations Support
- Coordinate and follow up on store operation issues (logistics, MD, VM, etc.)
- Support store order processing, replenishment, and product transfers
- Assist in store opening/renovation checklists and documentation preparation
3. Customer Service & VOC Management
- Organize and track customer feedback (VOC) and claim reports
- Support improvements in customer service processes and materials
- Assist in preparing and updating store service manuals and training documents
4. Documentation & Communication
- Prepare and distribute operational documents, guidelines, and internal notices
- Support in compiling presentations and reports for sales meetings
- Communicate with stores and internal departments on operational updates
경력 및 자격요건
[Qualifications]
- 1–4 years of experience in retail, sales administration, or operations support (fashion industry preferred)
- Strong data management and document preparation skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience with ERP/POS/SAP systems
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and sales analysis
- English proficiency (for global brand support preferred)
