• Completes a broad range of administrative tasks for the Country Manager including;;
-Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
-Completing expense reports
-Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
-Copying, reviewing outside mail, scanning and filing documents, screening phone calls and visitors, updating Outlook contacts
-Maintaining executive files
-Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
-Arranging meeting rooms, compiling and preparing meeting materials, equipment and resources, confidential preparation, distribution and record keeping of session notes and documentation
-Reports timely and accurately to his/her superior and is responsible for data accuracy
-Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Provides administrative support and works collaboratively to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Country Manager, in compliance with regulations and standards
-Supports Top managements from HQ (hotel, flight, visa etc.)
-Group event announcements
-Company events such as office parties and celebrations
-All other general affairs tasks given by the Country Manager that may arise as the company continues to develop and grow

• Managing all administrative work necessary to ensure G&A activities including;;
-Remote work and vacation schedule of office employees
-Tax invoices for public services and goods every month
-Everyday canteen workflow
-Maintenance related building
-Health and safety equipment on stock

-Degree: Bachelor’s degree with administrative experience of 1-2 years or more.
-Solid English communication skills, both speaking and writing
-Fully computer literate (MS Office’s proficient user)
-Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable person
-Ready to learn, understand and follow all GA dept. documents, standards, process and rules.
