• Min. 7 years of experiences in managing retail stores and sales strategy planning
• Experience in fashion/retail/luxury industries (local/import brands)
• KPI managetment and improvment experience
• Excellent problem solving & multi-tasking skill
• Strong communication & negotiation skill
• Strong analytical ability & attention to details
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS applications (expert in excel is an advantage)
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
