1. DTC Account Management
• Lead the full scope of account operations and business performance for retail stores
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term business plans aligned with both internal and external goals
• Ensure flawless execution of New Balance’s brand and retail operation standards at all partner stores
2. Partner Performance Review and Growth Plan
• Drive partner growth through strategic alignment and joint business planning
• Identify new opportunities/risks to expand brand presence and market share
• Monitor store-level execution, address operational gaps, and lead cross-functional solutions for continuous improvement
3. Merchandising & Financial Planning Alignment
• Align seasonal and annual buy plans based on market trends, sell-through, and strategic priorities
• Collaborate closely with internal merchandising and planning teams to optimize product assortment and inventory health
• Partner with logistics and demand planning teams to improve fulfillment and turnover
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Conduct high-impact business reviews, manage KPI performance, and identify improvement levers
• Lead data-based performance dialogues to drive actionable insights with both internal stakeholders and the partner team
• Generate regular team reports and manage reporting processes
5. Inventory & Return Management
• Strategically manage return cycles and inventory levels to support profitability and efficiency
• Coordinate with logistics and demand planning teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock-outs
경력 및 자격요건
• 6–8 years of experience in retail business, account management, or partner operations
• Familiarity with retail structure and partner management in global companies
• Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced, field-based work environments
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with retail analytics tools such as SQL and Power BI preferred
• Business-level Korean required; English proficiency preferred
