Develop and execute operational plans for Men's Sportswear, Sports, and Footwear categories on the Digital Flagship platform
Plan, coordinate, and implement online promotions and campaigns to drive sales and enhance customer engagement for these categories
Manage and update product pages, ensuring accurate information, appealing visuals, and timely uploads for all relevant products
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and digital merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all Lacoste digital content
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the online apparel and footwear market
Adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights, prioritizing key growth drivers
Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly sales by category, leveraging promotional plans and KPI performance analysis
Plan and execute digital performance marketing activities (e.g. paid search, display, retargeting) for entire product categories, aligning with overall Digital Flagship sales objectives and seasonal campaign awareness build-up that collaborate with marketing team.
Monitor key digital marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate), share periodic performance reports, and communicate regularly with Global teams to align optimization strategies and campaign learnings.

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital flagship platform management, preferably in the fashion industry
Proven track record in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in product detail page (PDP) optimization, product curation, or digital merchandising
Basic understanding of e-commerce system architecture (e.g., DOM, WMS, SFCC) and interface logic
Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest in digital retail trends and a customer-centric approach to user experience
Business-level proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree required
