1. Merchandising Strategy & Business Planning
• Own and lead the overall merchadising strategy aligned with brand direction and businessobjectives
• Lead sales forecasting and merchandise financial planning (OTB) in close collaboration with Finance and Retail
• Own and govern the OTB budget, driving disciplined planning, allocation, and investment decisions aligned with business priorities
• Define seasonal MD plans including category mix, SKU planning, and pricing architecture
• Own overall MD performance and drive achievement of sales, margin, and KPI targets
• Steer alignment with HQ on MD direction, key initiatives, and product strategy
• Act as a key advisor to the General Manager on MD and business planning
2. Buying & Product Lifecycle Management
• Lead overall buying strategy and seasonal budget planning by brand and category,ensuring alignment with OTB framework
• Define and approve assortment planning, including selection, pricing, and SKU structure
• Lead seasonal buying sessions and key decision-making processes with HQ
• Oversee product lifecycle management from sell-in to sell-through and post-season review
• Make strategic decisions to mitigate risks and maximize full-price sell-through
• Provide structured feedback to HQ on product performance, assortment gaps, and local market needs
3. Inventory,Performance & Analytics
• Own inventory strategy including allocation, replenishment, and stock optimization
• Own and drive key KPIs including sell-through, stock turnover, inventory aging, and margin
• Lead stock management strategies including markdown and old stock depletion plans
• Oversee demand forecasting and ensure disciplined inventory control
• Translate data and analysis into actionable business decisions and strategic direction
• Validate and leverage regular sales and inventory reporting to steer performance

경력 및 자격요건
1.Work Experience
• Min. 12–15+ years of experience in Merchandising / Buying (Women's RTW preferred)
• Strong experience in luxury or premium/imported fashion brands
• Proven track record in merchandising strategy, buying, and inventory management
• Solid experience in leading teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in working with global HQ is highly preferred
2.Skills & Knowledge
• Strong commercial and merchandising acumen with deep understanding of retail drivers
• Excellent analytical capabilites (sales, inventory, KPI management)
• Strategic thinking with strong decision-making ownership
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
