-End-to-end growth / performance marketing for the Korea launch.
-The most important channels for this role are Google Search, Naver Search, Meta, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns (GAC)
-Naver GFA, Apple Search Ads, and app store optimization (ASO)
-The full loop: hypothesis → test → analysis → strategy → hands-on execution,
without needing a large team behind you
-Ad creative direction: brief, guide, and iterate on creative with a sharp eye for what converts
(not just media buying)
-Core acquisition KPIs (CPI, CAC, install-to-purchase CVR, ROAS) and the budget behind them
-Measurement setup working with our data team (MMP such as Adjust, GA4; BigQuery familiarity a plus)

-Roughly 4-10 years in growth / performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid acquisition budgets and results
-Hands-on experience running the core channels yourself — Google Search, Naver Search, Meta, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns (GAC); Naver in particular is key for the Korean market — an operator, not only a manager
-Strong on both creative instinct and data; comfortable making decisions from funnel metrics
-Mobile app growth experience (app installs, in-app conversion), ideally consumer / B2C
-Travel, eSIM, telco, or fintech category experience
-Japanese language ability (welcome, not required)
-High enthusiasm for using AI tools to work faster (creative, analysis, automation)
