Manage Overseas Accounts and Sales Strategies:
• Manage existing overseas account or establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers
• Contributions to team by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be solved, recommending solutions to the customers, and implementing actions.
• Collecting and analyzing sales and engineering information in product and manufacturing trends
• Travelling to sales account territories
• Prepare technical presentations that explains products and manufacturing procedure to current and future customers.
• Building win-win sales strategies to create customers and increase the market shares.
Project Management and Customer Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers and engineers to determine product requirements(drawings and customer specifications) and relaying information to product management teams to provide quotes.
• Establish personal rapport with customers
• Plan and modify products and schedule according to customer needs
• Troubleshooting client problems
• Gaining customer trust and acceptance by understanding and explaining product cost reductions and operational improvements.
Delivery Schedule and Product Sales:
• Secure/renew orders and arrange delivery for company products.
• Prepares cost estimates by referring to related customer documents and consulting professional personnel.
경력 및 자격요건
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. (Mechanical, chemical, electrical engineering preferred)
Excellent English and Korean written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making
Teamwork Ability
Building Relationships with Client
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of the semiconductor or display industry.
Able to interpret, analyze mechanical drawings including GD&T.
