- Develop online strategies and plan for brands across all online channels
- Lead new online channel open for the responsible brands
- Develop ecommerce strategy to maximize the online business opportunity through differentiating programs by each channel
2. P&L Management
- Plan the budget setting and A&P investment in line with brand/online strategies
- Monitor the Productivity follow-up according to the global guideline
- Conduct analytical insights based on the retail/category/door sales and marketing costs.
2. Brand & D2C site management
- Develop online marketing calendar for the brand e-commerce site to achieve online sales target and enhance the brand DNA
- Closely work with diverse stakeholders such as corporate online team, regional online team and agencies to maximize efficiency by using current tools and following internal processes
4. Retailer site management
- Manage retailer site business to achieve sales target and enhance brand presence
- Keep building relationship with retailers in order to maximize exposure and business opportunity
- Actively participate in corporate-level projects which are run at retailer sites
- Co-work with online key account manager regarding new channel retailers to create business opportunities
5. Track and improve KPIs
- Conduct weekly online business review with the team, brands & Regional Online
- Evaluate e/m-Commerce campaign and spend and keep looking for effectiveness
- Analyze site metrics trends and implicate analytics-driven changes to brands
6. People Development and Management
- Manage in all people activities such as hiring, placing, training and promotion
- Advise the team staff’s goal setting, sand performance review by providing coaching and feedback
- Counsel the team members for the career development and teamwork

•Qualifications:
Education: University level education or equivalent
Experiences: 7+ years of digital marketing & E-Commerce Expertise
