o Retain and maintain existing clients
o Increase number of elite clients & their spending focus on the priority markets and
product categories
o Upgrade existing clients to elite clients
o Identify and groom potential clients
⚫ Participate to all major events for Fine Jewelry, Timepieces, Haute Couture and all other high valued products.
o Entertain existing and potential clients
o Strengthen and maintain social networking
o Build a solid relationship and trust with the teams and clients
o Develop sales in all product categories
⚫ Provide product training and sales coaching to the sales team
⚫ Participate in Fine Jewelry events and new product launches to facilitate sales
⚫ Further uplift Dior image among key clients in Korea
⚫ establish a close relationship with Private Clients team and CDM team in the regional office
경력 및 자격요건
▪ University graduate or above in management or other related disciplines
▪ Over 10 years of experience in managing private clients and a proven track record of success
in recruiting and retaining clients as well as building and developing client’s relationships.
▪ Strong background in luxury products including Fine Jewelry, Timepieces, Haute Couture
and all other high valued products.
▪ Strong social networking with existing and potential clients.
▪ Experience in managing P&L is an advantage
▪ Excellent social and interpersonal skills
▪ Strong influencing skills
▪ A trusted advisor for our clients in terms of fashion trends and styles.
