▪ Manage & coordinate project opening/closing, retrofit, maintenance and procurement in Korea.
▪ Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers and Landlords when appropriate or requested.
▪ Work with department heads and Regional Store Project team on project planning and ensure execution meet the target objectives, budget and timelines.
▪ Monitor and control project schedule and cost, manage contracts and to ensure the projects are completed with brand’s standard, on time and within budget.
▪ Go through a fair tendering process with counterparts, direct negotiation is required if needed.
▪ Conduct reasonable site visits and store visits if required.
▪ Prepare a project and its budget/procurements in an accurate and efficient manner.
▪ Keep strong communication with all stakeholders & other departments - externally and internally.
▪ Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
경력 및 자격요건
▪ Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline
▪ Minimum 12 years’ related working experience
▪ Good knowledge of quality suppliers and building materials
▪ Experience in Retail/Construction background are an advantage
▪ Retail and Business management mindset with strong business acumen
▪ Strong analytical and strategic thinking in procurement
▪ Vendor and project management experience
▪ Good commercial and aesthetic sense
▪ Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational and communication skills
▪ Proficient in CAD, Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Photoshop
▪ Fluent in English and Korean
