- Understand luxury retail business, anticipate challenges to provide relevant training solutions in the level of retail excellence
- Develop effective training (F2F/digital) based on analysis and trend
- Plan and initiate training materials according to the global and regional guidelines
- Design plan and detail customized by biz environment and KPIs
- Validate training requests and propose appropriate programs and resources
- Conduct and record training feedback, reports, assessment, documentation to ensure accuracy
- Help with employees to set individual development plan aligned to performance objectives
- Inspire and coach all sales force to optimize their performance and service level
- Anticipate training needs for soft skills, professional skills, behaviors, and team bonding
- Assist in organizational development and talent management related projects
