1) Client
- Establish client strategy and drive customer activation through KPIs management
- Build marketing plan for in-store activation and promotion operations in line with local specificities
- VIC management and activation in line with global expectations and local market specificities
2) Advertising / Media
- Develop annual digital media plan for Korea in line with the global media strategy
- Lead digital advertising negotiation to wider awareness and enhance the online performance
- Perform marketing initiatives and media data optimization
- Analyse advertising effect and evaluate brand positioning
- Work closely with agencies to deliver timely and relevant market intelligence reports, including consumer insights, competitors key campaign media spending analysis, and new media format and trends
3) Digital / Ecom
- Plan and execute digital platform (SNS/Kakao channel management, online contents development, online AD & digital event)
- Collaborate and manage opportunities with external digital partners
- Analyse market to review local digital trend, new e-media behavior, products, and new technology with stakeholders
- Build Korea Ecom development and strategic roadmap
- Responsible for the Ecom business performance
- Drive performance marketing plan to drive traffic/conversion
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience
- Experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
- Designing and implementing strategies related to client, media and digital including Ecom
- Balancing multiple projects at different stages in the process
- Building cross-functional relationships between departments
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Planning and supporting event and promotion
- Fluency in English and Korean
