- Drive a seasonal line plan based on the global process in order to bring the seasonal vision to the market and achieve the financial KPI such as GPM, Sell-thru & Revenue target.
- Create the consumer right assortment based on the target consumer profile, distribution strategy and consumer centric mindset.
-Research the market trend and competitors and interact with consumers.
- Utilize the market knowledge to reflect the market opportunity/channel strategy/volume potential to the global product creation thru a close communication or relationship with HQ counterparts.
- Lead a cross-functional alignment so that execute the seasonal assortment at the right time and right place.
- Present the seasonal assortment strategy to the internal and external stakeholders based on GTM process such as Sell-in session with the wholesale accounts and Regional brief with HQ
- Update the seasonal forecasting activity in PLM system and manage sales sample order, seasonal catalog, and sales training materials.
경력 및 자격요건
- 1~5 year experience of Merchandising or sales preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion/trends with the ability to translate into commercial concepts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work successful in a highly cross-functional matrix environment
- Preferred fashion or sportswear brand experience
- Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office application (Mainly Excel & Power Point)
- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
