- Negotiate with Department store buyers for special events, reduction of commission, better condition of stores
- Develop yearly, monthly, weekly business plan, budget and KPI target to drive the sales
- Develop retail execution plan such as incentive program, promotional event, sales campaign
- Analyze sales trend by category on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
- Monitoring of competitor’s sales trend, promotion, special event, new product and branding
- Managing all costs associated with store operations
- Coordinate sales issues through meetings with relevant departments on weekly basis (Marketing, VM, MD, planning, E-Commerce)
- Management of all matters related to the store staff: Recruit, new hire interview, exit interview, fix annual salary, position selection, employee performance review, personnel appointments, set up the Incentive program, regular meeting, incident, etc.
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 3~7 years on sales experience as an Area manager level or sales operation officer in fashion field.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills both Korean and English
- Good Computer Skill, Proficiency with MS office program (Excel, word, PPT)
