- Implement talent and career management process
- Lead and manage HR process and cycle: performance evaluation, Engagement,
competency review etc.
- Develop D&I strategy and lead initiatives, managing D&I internal committees
- Develop Employer Branding strategy and execute the plan
- Plan & Execute employees engagement activities: annual engagement survey,
continuous listening, anonymous bulletin board, company convention etc.
- Track and analyze turnover and manage retention
경력 및 자격요건
- Process knowledge about competency review, organization & people review and
other related HR disciplines.
- Strong analytical skill
- Proactive and open-minded attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 7+ years and above in any similar combination of HR field, Performance management
- Policy design and execution
- Change management experience (new scheme launching)
- Stakeholder management (Director level)
