To ensure that product registrations are obtained and maintained in line with the plan and the business licenses are obtained and maintained appropriately
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-market due diligence completed prior to launch and maintained throughout product lifecycle
Liaise with internal/external contacts to obtain technical documents within pre-established timelines
Create technical document templates that serve as the foundation for all technical document preparation.
Track dossier progress and report status to stakeholders using established project management tools and processes.
Effective response to product challenge requests
Respond to technical inquiries from Market Specialists (raised by local authorities).
Continuous internal process and tool improvement.
Recommend process improvements related to document preparation and communication and alignment with Market Specialists and stakeholders
Products to proceed appropriate process by product’s legal category after regulatory review ( formula, legal requirement for the products like pre-market approval, etc.)/ To review packaging for advertisement/claim and labeling
Ensure full regulatory compliance for products ( cosmetics, industrial goods, etc) sourced under local responsibility
Implement the local SOP of QM
Report and notify the new regulation, and advertising phase, registration etc., to concerned department
Registration products to MFDS, KPTA and concerned authorities

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Beauty industry
Ability to learn regulatory framework for Cosmetics
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills in English required
Ability to communicate cross-functionally and to educate others
