General Description of the Role
Brand ownership and execution of the Annual Brand Plan achieving brand objectives (volume, share, CAAP and consumer KPIs including brand purchase funnel).
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Execution
- Develop and flawlessly execute the Annual Brand Plan (managing timelines, budgets and alignment)
- Develop agency briefs for all elements of the marketing mix and day to day agency management including
- Advertising
- Media
- Digital
- On-pack promotions
- Lead PR and grassroots activity
- NPD management of toll gate process
- Manage the execution of all elements of the marketing mix excluding Trade Marketing (all state and national off pack, customer specific activity)
- Administrative support and post analysis of campaigns including recommended improvements for future activity
- Execution of packaging artwork (post design through to production across all pack formats)

Experience Required
- FMCG or Liquor Industry experience
Education / Professional Qualifications
Degree qualified in Marketing or equivalent
