The Off trade Sales representative is responsible for the sales performance, distribution and growth targets of Trans Beverages products within a defined accounts (Hypermart/ Superchain/ Military service/Liquor shop/ etc).
The Off trade Sales representative will promote Trans Beverages’s products in a professional manner consistent with the overall quality image of the company.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
• Monthly, quarterly sales volume and promotional plans are created, communicated to Manager and accounts, and verified.
• Achieve sales and distribution objectives within your accounts
• Provide superior customer service and relationships through the management of an assigned, defined sales accounts.
• Maintain customer records and reviewing performance within defined sales accounts, preparing business plans and submissions, to secure potential growth opportunities
• Manage and excute all off-trade promotional and incentive schemes and redemptions in line with any Marketing Program
• Merchandise shelf, fridge and floor to gain maximum display exposure of Trans Beverages products at point of sale to enhance sales opportunities.
• Display sound time management skills by meeting deadlines, planning calls and following up on queries as soon as possible.
• Be a ‘Team Player’ and assisting fellow Trans Beverages personnel with the conduction of there duties when required, and maintaining highly positive staff morale
• Provide relevant information on key industry trends/ developments and major competitor activity
• Complete monthly reports
• Attend team Meetings and implement any actions arising from these meetings.
• Establish and execute sales plans for Off trade and Military service

Experience Required
• Currently operating in a off trade , sales representative or similar role Industry knowledge and experience a pre-requisite - but preferably not solely alcohol based experience
• A deep knowledge of the local market is critical.
Education / Professional Qualifications
• Degree qualified
• Minimum 5 years experience in liquor or FMCG.
