1. Compensation & Benefits
- Support overall payroll process such as calculating overtime cost, incentive and intern/part-timer cost, etc. working with payroll vendor.
- Collect BA work schedule plan and review with Sales department.
- Update and maintain employee files, database the system, payroll files and HR-related contracts.
- Manage benefits following the policies.
2. Recruiting
- Prepare job posting and support interview process.
- Support to conduct inductions for new hires.
- Maintain web-recruitment channel especially for BA recruiting.
3. Administration
- Assist HR Manager to organize company activities and support ad-hoc HR related tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by Management and HR including office administration.
경력 및 자격요건
• Education/Degree:
- Bachelor’s degree
• Background including total years of experience
- 3~5 years of HR experience
• Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill
• Languages:
- Intermediate level in English, both speaking and writing
Soft and Leadership Skills:
- Accuracy with numbers and detailed person
- Results-oriented and organized
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
