1) Business Partnering
• Coach and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and line managers on developing their teams and handling employee relations
• Maintain a pulse on employee engagement through frequent interactions and ongoing dialogue with employees via regular focus groups
• Understand the business needs and development plan, make workforce planning, recruitment plan and ensure resources availability on time in high quality
• Manage seamless recruitment/ onboarding process in collaboration with Talent acquisition
• Provide consultancy/advice in organizational change and make it happen in smooth and high efficiency change management,
• Provide proposal/advice based on data analysis on retail people employment management, incentive management, OT management and other HR related management
2) Talent development
• Identify the development needs of the organization by analyzing individual development requirements through the PDP, HPC and other sources.
• Build the development calendar and scheduling, lead the full scope of program and ensure a smooth communication of all programs with participants to ensure that participants are fully invested and receive maximum returns from the program
• Review and implement individual development plans to support employees and provide a quarterly status update for all talent IDP
3) Team Player - fulfill other duties as required
• Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of your role
• Fix things that you can see need fixing
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation, systems, policy and procedures, and managing employment relations cases
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• FMCG, retail and IT/ Tech company experience is a plus
• Multi-lingual with excellent English and local language capability
• Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities
• Familiar with a matrix-style management structure, with key stakeholders overseas
• Passion for the role and champions the employee experience with service-minded
