- Develop and implement Annual Marketing Calendar to successfully launch new products and to firmly position pillar products in line with brand’s vision
- Manage the team to implement Monthly Marketing Plan to increase brand awareness and to gain market share
- Organize comprehensive 360 plan on key products including strategies, action plans, forecasts, communication (PR & social media), promotions & customer events
- Communicate with APAC Marekting team on local needs and share best practices
- Analyze customer data to implement CRM initiatives
- Monitor and control Marketing budget
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to review forecasts, stocks and sales
경력 및 자격요건
• Education/Degree:
- B.A. degree
• Background including total years of experience
- More than 10 years’ experience in Marketing at retail company (Cosmetics industry is preferred.)
• Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill
• Languages:
- Excellent level in English, both speaking and writing
• Soft and leadership skills:
- Excellent knowledge in cosmetics marketing
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Excellent analytical skills to manage sales/CRM data
- Customer-focused and brand-addicted
