1) Sales Development
- Analysis of Boutique & staff sales performance to propose action plan & objectives
- Liaise closely with the Sales Department to ensure that the Boutiques are fully merchandised according to the set Assortment
- Analysis of stock situation in each Boutique throughout the month to ensure proper supply to the Boutiques.
- To identify fast & slow sellers then recommend appropriate action.
- Provide statistical analysis of Sales & replenishment needs
- Communicate and work closely with the Retail team and Boutique Managers regarding sales activities, training, marketing and promotional activities
2) CRM
- Responsible for Reporting on Client and Prospect data quality: work closely with CRM on analysis on results
- Lead the Market to achieve CRM KPI such as quality client data capture rate, conversion rate and retention rate, etc.
- Ensuring data collection and storage’s compliance
- Provide qualitative analysis on clients’ profile, store pattern in terms of client base and purchasing habits, correlation analysis in between stores in HK and Macau
3) Training
- Implement HQ Training guideline and follow up at local level
- Coordinate and animate training programs in the Network
- Interact frequently with boutique managers and staff to identify training needs and making proactively recommendations for improvement

- Retail 경력 10년 이상
- 영어 능통자
- 럭셔리 경력자 우대
