Digital Merchandising
• Ensure sales projection, assortment plan, model stocks are aligned with customer profile/current trends and capture future opportunities
• Liaise with Merchandising team & Global Omnichannel team regarding market trends, assortment gaps and rebalance opportunities and seek timely support
• Ensure healthy inventory level via sales & inventory monitoring for all on-line channels (Brand.kr, Kakao e-gift shop, etc.)
• Partner with Merchandising/Marketing/CRM team on pre-season and in-season product focus/recommendation and customer outreach suggestions
Business Support and Analysis
• Conduct data analysis & reporting that will guide the strategic direction of OOO Korea’s e-commerce business
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis or general administrative tasks when needed in support of new initiatives/projects/promotional activities
• Review and monitor competitors’ E-commerce trends
• Study digital consumer behavior and provide insight for improvements
Online Platform Management
• Proactively identify levers to improve the end-to-end online client experience on owned platforms. Support implementation partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize various features offered on .COM
• Develop and deploy all product-related information (e.g. description, image, price, etc.) and ensure all information on on-line platforms is up-to-date, working with global/regional team and/or external business partners
• Optimize content and performance to drive conversion, and collaborate with Marketing Team for media drive
• Actively communicate and align local e-commerce campaign and content needs with regional / global team
• Manage e-commerce / content calendar for key initiatives and activity/actions
경력 및 자격요건
• BA/BS degree or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce
• Good verbal and written communication skills – English & Korean
• Operational project management experience and skills, strong prioritization cpabilities and propensity for thinking through ideas in a pragmatic and process-oriented way.
• Consumer-centric approach, ability to understand and anticipate consumer needs and expectations
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and an ability to build effective relationships.
• Highly proficient with MS Excel and Power Point
• Agile and flexible for release, launch, critical issue timings for e-Commerce operations
• Motivated team-player comfortable in highly dynamic, analytically driven environment
