1. Plan and execute the strategic initiatives which support the adoption of Co's Vitality program within PA, DM, and Digital channel.
2. Advocate, training and increase the engagement of Co's distributors on the Co's Vitality program
1. Plan and execute the strategic initiatives which will increase the adoption of agents advocating and selling Co's Vitality.
2. Plan, budget and forecast agency integrated production, and put in place necessary tactical campaigns or interventions to boost performance.
3. Develop content and tools to support and drive program adoption through the channels.
4. Equip channels on Co's One Billion health and wellness content for channels.
5. Strategic oversight on the training and development of distribution channels (PA, DM and Digital direct) in relation to Co's Vitality health &wellness program content, and integrated product sales.
6. Develop sustainable engagement and relationship with the respective distribution stakeholders (PIC from PA, DM, and Digital direct), so that we might collaborate and execute effectively.
7. Responsible for all Distribution related management reporting within Co's Vitality
8. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor
경력 및 자격요건
University graduate or above
Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery/ management
Familiar with digital platforms, data management and lean innovation methodology.
Strong interpersonal skills and confident in engaging and collaborating with a varied and large teams
Business English communication capability
Fact or hypothesis-based thinking capability
Creative planning and problem-solving capability
Skills sets on process improvement / execution and realization/communication on partnership development/negotiation
