- In-charge of brand event management
- Develop event plan to support brand initiatives, retail openings, product launches leading to measurable and quantifiable results
- Monitor ROI of each action and share monthly reports with HQ 360 teams: events, pop up, commercial, HJ event or visibility actions with business partners, CRM action.
Traditional CRM – Cross functional with Central CRM team and Communication team
1. Yearly campaigns in coordination with global team calendar for key consumption Periods

Retail CRM -Cross-functional with Retail team and Trade Marketing
1. Propose CRM KPIs and set annual targets for retail at different levels

1. In charge of customer database accuracy, growth, maintenance and analysis management
2. Oversee and manage API system for the database quality control; define and implement process and action plans in order to feed, develop and improve database quantity & quality.

1. Reviewed product category performance and settle communication strategy and action plan by client group.
2. Executed promotional In & Out store event (Off-stie trunk show, Dept. Watch & Jewelry Fair, Key VIP event, PSR Private Presentation)
3. Developed HJ client by recruit 3rd parties VIPs (Hanna Private bank, K-Auction, Seoul Auction, Dept. PSR)

• Degree holder
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the area of EVENT & CRM related position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Mature, stable and presentable
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
