-.Develop the Sales competency framework and road map with assessments tools
-.Assess capability and build individual upskilling roadmap for all Sales team members (through on the job, coaching, e-learning and classroom trainings)
-.Develop appropriate sales capability development program, training, and tool for Sales team, based on deep dive into understanding needs of Sales team
-. Implement capability development training in both online/offline basis in line with Sales team strategy. Using classroom training facilitation skills and online digital tools, facilitate training program more effectively to promote audience deeper understanding
-. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and redevelops content at where necessary
-. Build a sustainable induction pathway for new starters.
-. Identify and develop talent to build strong succession plan for next generation of Sales managers, senior key account managers and directors.
-. Collect KAM’s and Sales rep proposal for customer, and share sales best practices with whole sales team members by organizing information sharing in regular basis
-. Support global capability development training program/tool localization
경력 및 자격요건
-. You will possess either a strong background in training or development and/or 7+ years’ experience in a B2B commercial role.
-. Previous experience in liquor industry highly desirable but not essential.
-. Excellent leadership, communication and influencing abilities including the ability to drive innovation and change in a constantly evolving environment
-. Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
-. IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
-. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
