1. Tracking & Monitoring digital business KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, query, buzz
2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly analyzing key insights to find a room for stability and improvements
3. Manage day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing, and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through Naver brand search contents, ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc. with agency.
4. Analyzing and reporting on digital business KPIs
5. Manage the forecast/plan of monthly digital marketing budgets in-line with finance team
6. Plan and execute lead generation program for client acquisition via search ad contents optimization, retargeting, and geotargeting.
7. Monitor competitors interesting initiatives and stay up to date on latest industry developments, trends, and best practices
8. Agency management
9. Support concession(SSG/LF/Naver) marketing activities(banners) and digital AD activities.
10. Work cross-functionally with key partners across brand engagement
경력 및 자격요건
1. Advanced knowledge of SEM, SEO and web analytics tools.
2. Able to handle large sets of complex data with excellent attention to details.
3. Highly skilled in organizing ideas with precedence
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with logical approach
5. Performance Marketing/Agency backgrounds are preferred
6. Advanced on MS Excel/PPT
7. Collaborate with agency and internal stakeholders
8. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English
