•Lead 2 planned Key Digital Transformation Sales projects.
-. Implement sales project to maximize P&L impact(Net sales, Contributive margin and ROI)
-. Implement another sales project to deliver the right information and priorities at the right time to the Sales team to improve decision and business impact
• Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Organize and prepare meetings, ensure all information is available and shared in advance of meetings and make sure decisions, next steps and actions are clear.
• Challenge the team for the project to be delivered with the best quality and on time.
• Ensure regular reporting to all relevant teams and raise any risks and roadblocks.
경력 및 자격요건
• Proven experiences in project management – at least 10 years - in a strategy / management consulting firm or in similar role in a fast moving environment.
• Strategic thinker, problem solver, facilitator with great organization and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders from various organizations in parallel.
• Team player and willingness to learn.
• Experience working with teams across the globe and region.
• Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English.
