•HR Team lead
- Lead the local HR process
- Plan, implement and develop the HR strategies to achieve the HR goal
- Advise to leaders providing partnership, consultation, support organizational design, development, talent management.

- Handle the employee relations including investigations, dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances
- Manage the Labor and Management Council
- Develop and maintain the important operational policies and procedures, annually updating the Employee Handbook
•Talent Management
- Manage the annual performance review aligned with global guidelines and feedback to APAC
- Manage the hiring process
- Drives the talent management process including JD updates, talent review and retention
- Plans and implement annual training plan
•C&B
- Review of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines
- Manage the yearly budget and set up the incentive scheme
- Manage the benefit program
- In-house payroll
•HR Project
- Manage or participate in regional and local HR projects
•General Affairs
경력 및 자격요건
•Minimum 12 years of related experience in HR
•In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and related government policies
•People management skills and experience
•Good interpersonal skills and able to work with stakeholders with different level
•Effective verbal/written communication in English and Korean
[Computer Skills]
•Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•Knowledge in SAP is a plus
