- Own, build and execute brand and marketing strategy for the Korean market.
- Develop and drive over-arching communication strategy and positioning to support overall business strategy.
- Manage marketing budget to ensure ROI on marketing investment in alignment with HQ/ region and marketing targets.
- Translate data and consumer research into a strong customer marketing plan, both instore and online to achieve brand targets
- Drive and integrate a digital mind-set in marketing strategies and planning across touchpoints in the consumer journey.
- Key contributor within Commercial Triangle (sales, product line and marketing) and anchor the marketing plan to achieve common commercial KPIs.
- In collaboration with all channel and product teams, ensure that there is an annual plan for consumer communication that achieve brand KPIs and profit targets.
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 10 years experiences related with overall function of Marketing
- Strong marketing knowledge and brand strategy know-how
- Understanding of local retail dynamics and environment
- Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
- Positive, proactive, independent, transparent, process oriented and enthusiastic attitude of working
- Analytical way of thinking to come up with strategies and problem-solving
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse
departments
- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills with Korean and English
- Self-motivated for improvement and willing to accept new challenges
