1. Manage JDA & D365 system
- Report DC inventory, best sellers, and store inventory weekly
- Manage stock requests(in and out) from stores
- RTP for stores/MKT/CS and other departments
- Manage auto replenishment and model stock process
- Review IA with merchandisers
- Arrange IBO report by each brands
- Create daily EOD report and send it to SC team
2. In-season management
- Product deliveries and allocation to ensure that seasonal deliveries and monthly floor-set
launches are executed in stores on time
- Effectively manage a healthy stock flow by planning and executing markdown/promotions
- Manage liability to increase sell-thru
- Manage cross regional transfer and price tag change
- Manage inventory rebalance to stores
3. Support seasonal buy
- Support Merchandising Manager in all aspect of buying; OTB, sales trend analysis, door cluster,
and so on
- Preparation of weekly & monthly sales analysis report
- Support seasonal training to staffs
경력 및 자격요건
- Allocation experiences in related field (3~5 years)
- Strong responsibility and communication skill
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent Excel and data work
- Understanding of JDA related experience preferred
- Attend to details, positive attitude, commitment to work.
