1) Management:
• Efficiently trains and manages team.
• Supervises all activities as defined in the planning (PR, media plans, events, trade promotions, product placements, CRM, etc.)
• Manages team to perform in dealing with internal (Headquarters) and external suppliers for communication material.
• Supervises team in the budgeting of all marketing and communication materials.
2) Marketing & Communications Planning:
• Proposes and establishes marketing and communication plan in line with the overall brand strategy.
• Independently implements the approved planning.
• Constantly reviews the planning and evaluates success / achievement and proposes changes based on new evolutions in the environment.
3) Press:
• Maintains permanent and close contact with all relevant press (lifestyle, business, trade) to maximize exposure and opportunities.
• Maximizes brand exposure (institutional coverage, product coverage, event coverage, interviews, etc.) and pursues qualitative execution (in-depth editorial, double page or more coverage, differentiation in angle of approach, etc.)
4) Event:
• Plan and develop the event align the business objective.
• Have an ownership on Retail and VIP events.
5) Media:
• Overall Media planning to maximize the reach to our target audience
• Leveraging all the media platform to increase awareness and consideration and drive the conversion is the goal.
경력 및 자격요건
- Marketing 경력 12년 이상(MZ 세대 (특히 남성) 대상으로 마케팅 할 수 있는 젊은 감각과 다양한 아이디어를 적용할 수 있는 성향)
- Retail, 수입자동차, FMCG 경력자
- 영어 능통자
- People management 우수자
