1.Business Analysis & Reporting
• Create and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports
• Prepare Monthly Sales meeting
• Support Sales forecast for Budgeting
• Analysis Product selling trend and manage stock flow
• Update and manage monthly targets and KPIs of stores
2.Retail Strategy
• Develop and maintain the retail staffing strategy and motivation schemes (incentive) for sales staff
• Develop quality retail team in all boutiques through Monthly Touch Base and follow closely individual productivity
• Lead the store with the Retail strategy to meet the sales target at the same time in line with communication with marketing, logistics and others.
• Communicate company’s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team; structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities
3.Store Operation
• Supervise daily operations, manage events, and handle marketing activities
• Ensures administration procedures and timing are respected in line with the global policy from HQs
• Build up good relationships with major landlords and closely communicate and efficiently negotiate with each partner on new projects of opening, relocation and renovation.
4.People Management
• Communicate with Store Managers and Sales Associates to generae a competitive KPI and improve their proficiency and mitigate any issues or problems
• Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff
• Training, developing and mentoring boutique managers/staffs
5.Customer Service Activities
• Liaise with HQ & Regional team for CS follow up activities to ensure high level
and consistency in service.
• Mystery shopper program implementation and evaluation
• Handle the CS issues and customers complaints with store teams in a timely manner

Relevant Experience and Training

• Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the area of retail operations and at least 3 years managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
