- Develop, execute and propose Strategic Annual Business Plan for Footwear by cooperation with related functions.
- Analyze Footwear Market trend and Monitoring Sales Performance.
- Determine Merchandising Strategy & Buying for Retail and Wholesale Stores based on strategic analysis for market, consumer demands and sales trends in order to maximize profits with competitive pricing.
- Participate in the consensus meeting to draw a demand forecast by common consent
- Manage GO-TO-MARKET strategy with consistent communication with APAC
- Introduces new season collections to Wholesalers at the convention and support sales team for order-tacking from Wholesalers.
- Develop analysis reports regular basis regarding to sales trends, category analysis, area trends
- Involve product assortment planning for POS with cooperation with sales team
- Manage OTB (Open-To-Buy) for Footwear Business.
- Being a contact point in DDI with PCL cooperating with Sourcing team
경력 및 자격요건
- 5 yrs experience in consumer goods.
- Strong at planning and managing resources
- Excellent communication skill in English/Korean
- Excellent MS office skill ( Excel, Powerpoint )
- Proactive and open Minded
- Strong negotiation skill
- Strong capability for team management
