1. Strategic Communication Plan Development
• Develop short, mid and long term strategic planning, and development of all Communication activities, based on Regional/Central guidelines and local business objectives
• Responsible for developing communication calendar based on PESO strategy and sharing internally for integrated communication activities
2. Communication Activity Management and Implementation
• Regularly develop and build upon relationships with all media & influencers including celebrities of any value to brandf
• Provide guidelines to Communication team for all the activities about the brand, products and campaigns and ensure that all publicity and coverage generated is conforming to the corporate requirements
• Maximize the brand and product presence through influencer activation, owned media platforms, strategic paid media, advertising, brand equity infused events, brand partnership and traditional PR.
• Identify new and proper/authentic way to approach influencer activations for each campaign
• Develop owned media platform strategy and provide guidelines to the team for content strategy, while ensuring all contents on owned media platforms are consistent with the omni-channel expectations of consumers
• Budgeting and planning yearly & monthly paid media plan based on local business strategy and target
• Organize and manage successful brand events with out-of-box thinking to present sensorial experience
• Maintain schedule to ensure all activities are initiated and accomplished on time
• Continue to look for new media opportunities in line with brand strategies
3. Monitoring & Report
• Regular report to Central/Regional office on major launch coverage, influencer event result, owned media and major competitors’ activities
• Maintains schedule to ensure all communication activities are initiated and accomplished on time
• Monitor & control the rank of PRM report

경력 및 자격요건
• 8- 10 years of PR experience in the cosmetic or FMCG industry.
• Diversity Digital PR experience (Facebook/Instagram/ blog etc), digital 360-degree campaign experiences
• Effective and professional communication skills in English
• Positive attitude, passion for the brand, and interpersonal skills are the must.
• Possesses a sense of style, image, and diplomacy which permits to perform successfully as communications professional
• Ability to handle multitude of projects and issues at one time
