1. ORDER MANAGEMENT
• Manage online orders by placing validation, cancellation and return in E-Commerce systems.
• Ensuring validations to be aligned with internal control policy.
2. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
• Be the first contact for assisting customers for any request related to online purchase.
• Try best to deliver Hermes way of communication to satisfy customer in case of claims.
3. WEB TO SHOP SERVICE MANAGEMENT
• Manage WTS orders and cancellations in collaboration with store Sales Admin.
4. STOCK MANAGEMENT
• Assist Operation Specialist for stock transfer and receiving inventory.
경력 및 자격요건
• Required experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills (Customer Service experience as mandatory)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Team player with humble spirit
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interest in a career in ecommerce
• Self-motivated, business minded and sales oriented
