• Launch the e-commerce channels
• Sales forecast, set targets and drive to achieve with tangible action plans
• Define and monitor e-commerce KPIs
• Operate & manage the e-commerce channels
• Merchandizing plan with ownership over stock strategy, forecasting, product publishing and catalog maintenance
• Ensure the right stock coverage for the e-commerce channel
• Work closely with marketing, sales, merchandizing/logistics on market needs, optimizing marketing campaigns for e-commerce channels, managing stock level and overseeing order / delivery operation
• Work closely with external business partners to maximize brand exposure & online business opportunities
• Provide performance and sales data analysis with action plans
• Provide insight on customer behavior, any special launch to create traffic and generate sales
• Customer service care and CRM request coordination
• Identify operation / commercial issues and work out the solutions for improvement
• Gather and analyze local market competition information
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the area of e-commerce and/or digital merchandizing with at least 3 years of managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Mature, stable and presentable
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the luxury online customer behavior and demands to develop brand’s strategic e-commerce plan in line with the overall company’s objectives
