• Support Retail operation assistant manager and Retail Manager manage the store operation
such as supporting sales operation manager, managing PLV(display tools).
• Manage and oversee the daily store operations such as sales, expense control, staff recruitment, training, inventory management, security and safety, Uniforms etc.
• Prepare operations reports for management review, coordinating daily sales data & KPI data and reporting daily, weekly, monthly sales status.
• Collecting and reporting sales strategy plan from stores on a monthly basis.
• Reporting operation calendar for making action plan (Closing date, promotion period and etc.)
• Prepare regular analysis on competitors’ sales, keeping track of competitors’ projects and market trends.
• Arrange miscellaneous service (Stationery, Drinking, Repairing and etc.) for all boutiques
• Supporting boutique staff incentive monthly report.
• Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary
(BTQ opening, re-location, Pop-up opening & closing…)

Academic / Professional Qualifications
• University degree or same level
Work Experience
• At least 2~5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in luxury retail industry (prefer)
Required Competencies
• Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously with superior time-management skills.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to fit with all internal departments and clients.
• Fluency in written and spoken English language.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office software.
